Let the dust fly. The nearly 30 men and women on the SPC Rodeo team have been practicing hard at the SPC arena. They plan to compete this weekend in their first rodeo of the season.
They travel to Odessa to compete over three days in six timed events.
Coach Kerry Doster has high hopes for the season.
“We’ve been lucky enough to have good weather this spring to practice,” he says. “And I’m feeling confident about our team going into the spring rodeos.”
There are five rodeos on the schedule for the season.
